Meet Our Team

Tillie joined the Hover Dental Group family in 2019. She is the smiling face you will see whenever you come in for an appointment. Tillie keeps our office running smoothly, scheduling out our days, helping patients navigate their accounts, and answering all of their insurance questions. She is amazing!

Tillie was born and raised in Colorado and loves spending time hosting her family gatherings and being “The Favorite Aunt” to her nieces and nephews!

Anna joined our administrative team in November 2025, shortly after moving to Longmont with her partner and their three cats. Having started in the dental field in 2020 at a private office in her hometown of Loveland, Anna has over 10 years of clerical experience.

She enjoys practicing yoga, MMA, and rollerblading on local trails. You may find her attending concerts, facilitating writing workshops, or taking floral photography at a botanical garden to submit to competitions!

Lisa grew up in Delafield, Wisconsin, and moved to Colorado shortly after her parents did so in 1997. She graduated from Madison Area Technical College in 1994 in dental hygiene. She strives to make every patient feel comfortable during their visit and often hears them say they come to our office specifically for her, which she is very grateful to hear!

Lisa and her husband, Erich, are proud parents of three children. A son, Randy, and twin girls, Ashley and Brooke. Outside of dentistry, Lisa and her family love camping, boating, riding in their side-by-side, and vacationing.

Ashley grew up in Colorado and joined our hygiene team in 2025. She was a dental assistant at an oral surgery practice for six years prior to becoming a hygienist in 2014. Ashley is enthusiastic about dental health and enjoys educating patients on dental care and oral hygiene. She is adaptable, easy going, and always strives to provide excellent patient care!

In her free time, Ashley enjoys camping, gardening, and traveling with her family and friends!

Carlos grew up in Westminster, Colorado, and joined our clinical team in 2010. He strives to give our patients the best care possible by not only providing the most modern restorations we have, but also educating them about their oral health. Carlos takes pride in working with state-of-the-art materials and equipment, values being part of a practice that prioritizes understanding and meeting patients’ needs and finds immense satisfaction in helping individuals gain confidence through their smiles and overall health.

Carlos has joined Dr. Kochevar on multiple trips to Honduras and has enjoyed the rewarding work they were able to do for the underserved people of rural Honduras.

Carlos met his wife, Amanda, during their high school years, despite attending rival schools. They married in 2009 and are proud parents to three athletic boys, Luciano, Vinicio and Fabian. Luciano plays football, basketball and baseball. Vinicio plays baseball and has a keen interest in jiu-jitsu. Fabian also plays baseball and enjoys fishing.

Outside of work, Carlos is an avid outdoorsman. He loves fishing, camping, boating and supporting his kids at their sporting events.
